By signing up for the STAND Flagpoles Affiliate Program, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and participating as an affiliate. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not register.
2. Affiliate EligibilityTo join the STAND Flagpoles Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid PayPal account. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your affiliate status if we determine that your participation violates these terms.
3. CommissionsAs a registered affiliate, you will earn a commission of 10% on all qualifying sales generated through your unique affiliate link. Sales are only considered valid if:

4. Payment TermsPayments will be made via PayPal. Affiliates will receive their commissions on a monthly basis, within the first week of each new month, for all qualifying sales made in the previous month. The minimum payout threshold is $50. If your commissions do not reach this threshold, the balance will carry over to the next month.
Annual Earning Cap: Affiliates can earn up to a maximum of $500 per calendar year. If your earnings exceed $500 in a year, you will be required to submit a W-9 tax form in accordance with U.S. tax law. Once the W-9 is submitted and verified, you may continue earning commissions beyond the $500 limit.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their PayPal account information is accurate. We are not liable for any incorrect payment information provided by affiliates.
5. Affiliate ResponsibilitiesAs a STAND Flagpoles affiliate, you agree to:
You must not misrepresent your relationship with STAND Flagpoles or imply that you are an official spokesperson or employee of the company.
6. Prohibited ActivitiesAffiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Violating any of the above restrictions may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
7. Tax RequirementsIf your total earnings exceed $500 in a calendar year, U.S. law requires us to collect a W-9 tax form before we can release additional commissions. You will be notified once your earnings approach the $500 limit, and no further payments will be made until the W-9 form is submitted and verified.
For affiliates outside the United States, compliance with your country’s tax regulations is your responsibility.
8. TerminationSTAND Flagpoles reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms. If your account is terminated, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.
You may also terminate this agreement at any time by notifying us in writing. If you terminate the agreement, you will no longer be entitled to future commissions.
9. ModificationSTAND Flagpoles reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the affiliate program after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. LiabilitySTAND Flagpoles is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the affiliate program, including any loss of revenue, profits, or data. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the success or profitability of your participation in the affiliate program.
11. Governing LawThis agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
12. Acceptance of TermsBy registering for the STAND Flagpoles Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
